Southern Mountains
Three properties dot the hills of the Smokies and the Blue Ridge Mountains, and they are
as different from one another as you can get. Experience the action of Gatlinburg, the quiet

Carolina Coast
On the coast of North Carolina, Festiva Adventure Club members can choose from the equally
unique coastal towns of Kill Devil Hills in the Outer Banks or Atlantic Beach along the Crystal
Coast. The Myrtle Beach area is where the highest concentration of Festiva's properties are
located, and Adventure Club members and guests can enjoy a variety of accommodations
ranging from small, quiet beachfront properties to a high rise condo with an ocean view
and plenty of amenities and activities, to a golfer's paradise in charming Conway or family-

South Carolina's Low Country
Further down the coast of South Carolina, Festiva manages and operates the Church Street

Festiva's two properties in Florida are only a few hours away from one another but

The Atrium Resort & Spa is in an excellent location close to restaurants and shopping on the
Dutch side of St. Maarten, and recent additions to the property include Miguel's Salon & Spa
and the Cafe Creme breakfast bar.
