I thought this was a Festiva resorts scam. We went to a presentation for Festiva Resort in Nassau Bahamas. We did not commit to any ownership,but we paid for a week to try it out. Bad idea. I read what the CEO said to ABC News about all complaints, but this is not somebody else trying to discrete Festiva. I can not make any reservation for the periods I am available and I can not get my money back. I contact Bahamas sales office,talked to sales manager and he promised to call me back. Never did. The reservation representative is never returning your call. Called her manager and she said she is gonna look into it,but still her employee does not change her attitude.

This is a follow up to a complaint that I submitted in Oct. 2009 regarding Explorer Program.Immediately after I submitted my complaint I received an email and a phone call and discussed the issue .I was surprised and I want to thank everyone at Festiva Resort for all the help and support that was given to me. I appreciate the extra effort and professional assistance you've all provided to me. I can honestly say that the experience with Festiva Resort was a pleasant one,excellent service in timely fashion. I will recommend Festiva Resort to my friends.
